My cleaning schedule

Bee organized continues!!! So my best friend, in the whole wide world, sent me a post about doing a cleaning schedule post. She saw someone else do it and thought of me. I was honored because she knows how I am about cleaning and being organized. I'm sorry but there is no better feeling than having a clean and organized house. It just makes life go by so much better and easier! I'm serious. My life is not perfect BUT it is organized and! So to continue with the "Bee Organized" series, I now present my cleaning schedule. Now this is something that I do personally everyday to make sure that my husband and son come home to a clean house and a full cooked meal.  Also, you just never know when you are going to have company that just pops up. Guess what?? You don't have to rush to clean because your house is already clean!!

Now there is a weekly schedule on this also because sometimes you just want to do a deep clean in certain areas that are sometimes behind the scenes. Also, if you want to do a chore chart for your child(ren) for their room or other small things in the house, you can print this chore chart so the kid's can feel a part of the cleaning.

Alright now, have fun and off you go to CLEANING!!!!

Until next time,

Hello healthy lifestyle!

Okay, this is one journey that I have been on so many times in life, it's almost like here we go again. I have tried slim fast, Atkins diet, Body by Vi, and so many more and the only problem was, I wasn't consistent with it. I mean I wanted this stuff to happen right now but it didn't. I have joined gym after gym after gym, and the only benefit from that was, the gym getting my money. Now when I was a member of the local YMCA, I did take heed to their other benefits they offered (swimming, basketball, tennis) but I just wasn't going on a regular basis. It was something that I wanted to do but it wasn't a priority. Now, I have never had a problem with my cholesterol nor have I ever had high blood pressure. But I don't want to get to that level of getting older and developing those things. I have seen many family members that have to take medicine daily because of health issues and I'm just determined that I'm not going to be one of them.

The reason that I am taking on this task right now is because it is going to better me as a person inside and out. I love myself but I don't always love the skin that I am in. I mean we can fix up the outside and put makeup on and dress it up but when you remove all of that, you still have the part of you that you don't like. I really want to stand in the mirror and really smile and love the person that I am inside and out.

I have started back exercising, eating right, and drinking more water. My dearest friend Melissa is a health fitness guru and she has started a weight loss challenge. This is her start to becoming a trainer and life coach to healthier you. I have watched her over the years and how she is motivated to living not only better but healthier. She has encouraged me along with many other to be a part of an 8 week challenge to loose the most weight, inches, and body mass. Not only am I doing this with friends but it is fun and motivating. The challenge started on Saturday, January 31st and my weigh in then was 282 lbs. But when I weighed in this past Saturday (02/07/15) my weight was 280. I was like woooohooooo. Now I will tell you it was a major set back in the middle of the week but I got back on my focus track and was determined to do better. I was drinking more water and smaller portions for my food. I also did get in some exercise and had a workout partner, the But seeing that the weight was down, I was like oh yeah it's on now baby! At the end of the challenge the person that has lost the most will win the prize in the pot. If I win that prize or not, I will still be a winner because I have adopted something that is worth adopting.

This week I have started doing a cleansing smoothie to get all of the ugly toxins out with natural green leafy salads and fruits. I am focused this time because I want to not only do it for myself but for my family as well. I will definitely keep you posted of this healthy lifestyle changes.

Until next time...

So many have asked if the Bee Organized challenge can continue and I said it surely can!!! YAYYY!! Our next challenge is BUDGETING!!!

Budgeting can be a tricky subject in marriages because it can cause either hurt or joy. Many couples don't like to discuss finances in the marriage because 1) they either don't want to tell the truth of how much they make; 2) someone is a shopaholic; 3) a lot of debt that you have not mentioned; 4) afraid to know and see the shortage amount; or 5) you just don't want to face it. It doesn't have to be a bad thing but a great thing.

Tips on budgeting!

1) Gather your most recent bank statements. I personally like to go back 3 months. Why 3 months? To basically see how much came in; if it is steady or a roller coaster. If you have multiple accounts, print those statements as well and compare.

2) Write down ways to cut costs and save! This is somewhat of a task. We like to eat out. Go out for entertainment. Buy new clothes. Salons. Spas, Trips. If you are spending more on these types of things, find ways to cut back on them. Going out to eat...make that at home. Spend family time in the kitchen. Watching movies...go through your DVD collection or catch it on television. Buying new clothes? Go through your closet and wear some of the things you already have. You can switch up tops, pants, and skirts to make it look and feel different every time you wear them. Salons...wash and style your own hair. Spas...enjoy a nice bubble bath with candles and soft music at the comfort of your own home. I personally put my robe in my dryer to soften it and when I get out the tube, boy that feels good. Trips...set a side a travel fund so this money won't take away from your regular income coming in.

3) Debt
Some like to call a debt agency to assist in paying it off. It may seems easier for someone else to battle with your problem than you BUT did you know that 90% of those companies charge a fee that is either collected monthly or quarterly. That's a lot and we are trying to save remember. Print out a copy of your credit report and try to get it with the scores listed on. Review it. See if there are any counts that you can maybe set up a payment plan with directly with the creditor and clear some debt. Cut out the middle man and set it up where you will be comfortable in making the payment and it won't be a hinder to your budget

4) Monthly budgeting
You can either review your bank statements monthly or quarterly and find ways to make sure the amounts coming and going out are steady. We know things like mortgage/rent, car note, and insurance are amounts that stay the same monthly. So you can keep those amounts listed. But things such as cable, cell phone, gas, electric, etc. are amounts that go up and down. Contact your local electric and heating company to get on budget billing. This will help in ways to help with a steady amount monthly.

5) Extras
Cable, cell phone, home phone, internet  are considered as luxury items. Check with the company to see if maybe they have better deals to cut down on the costs. Also, check out Nextflix, Amazon, Hulu, and others to watch some of your prime time favorites and movies.

6) Goals
What are your goals for your finances? Better with saving? Planning a big trip in a couple of years? Have an emergency account? Just watch the savings grow over the years? You can have many other goals for your finances. Write them down and post them so you can see them often and watch the money pour in and you save!

Our budget planner can help you start with your budgeting. Don't be afraid to face it because if you do, it will become overwhelming and harder to control.

Let's start saving and until next time...

Valentine's Day coupons

Ladies, ladies, ladies, don't we just love coupons?? I know I do. Well lets give our husbands the opportunity to love them too. We have made up on our version of Valentine's Day coupons. There are a couple of rules to these wonderful advantages and they are:

1) A full body massage.
Now we know our husband's work very hard and sometimes just want to come home and relax. Well ladies, fix his dinner, have his slippers by his favorite chair, run some bath water for him, and when he gets out, give him a body massage that will "blow" his mind.

2) A moment of soft kissing
This is so sweet! Give your husband a nice and soft kiss that will remind him of wh he fell in love with you and why he married you.

3) Breakfast in Bed
It's very hard to get a really good breakfast during the week because of work BUT there is always the weekend. Get up and fix that man a nice big breakfast and serve it to him in the bed! Trust me, he will feel like the King he is!!!

4) Licking does a body good
Now if this is done right, the night will end with a bang. Take your tongue and slowly massage your husband's body, and see where it goes from there. Thank me later!

5) Hot and Cold Sex Session & 11) Ice Ice Baby
Grab you a couple of pieces of ice and explore your intimate session with ice. Trust me, it won't be cold the entire night.

6) A spontaneous quickie
In a rush but horny? Hey, go into a secluded area and make it happen but quietly though and you will have so much fun and it's exciting! You can also try this in the car! :-)

7) A Steamy shower for two
When was the last time you both had a steamy sexy shower with each other? Have you ever done that before? Well, get ready for it when he cashes in this coupon. For once, don't worry about your hair getting wet!

8) Your choice
Now ladies, this is where you have to have an open mind. Get ready for whatever your husband brings to you regarding this coupon. Now don't do anything that makes no sense or will leave you questioning your marriage. Once he comes up with what he wants to do, then discuss with him to get more detail so you will know where it is going.

9) A night on the town
For once, you take him out on a date instead of him taking you out. Make him feel special. Make him feel as where he deserves this. Let him have a free night.

10) Whip Cream anyone???
Hey who doesn't like a little whip cream on something tasty??? I know I do. Have fun with whip cream on your husband.

This can be a fun experience and it can also bring the sparkle back into your marriage. Make your husband feel special. Make him feel as where you love him and you really appreciate him.

Now you can give him these coupons with a gift basket or just hand them to him and say have fun! Make sure you sign your name ladies on the coupon and leave a little sexy message on there for him. Oh yeah, one more thing, each coupon expires 24 hours after being used. You can come up with your own way of disposal and making sure he doesn't make a duplicate copy of it.

Have fun ladies and until next time...
