Boneless buffalo wings

Everybody loves Boneless buffalo wings.   It makes a good snack and/or game night meal. Here's my recipe that I'm sharing with you.

10 chicken tenders (thawed)
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
2 tspn of salt
2 tspn of black pepper
2 tspn of season salt
1 1/2 cup of floor

Once you rinse the chicken, cut them into half pieces.   Pat them dry with a paper towel.  Whip the egg and milk together in a separate bowl.

Mix the flour,  salt,  pepper,  and season salt together and that will be your batter.

Take a couple of pieces of your chicken chunks and dip them in the egg mixture.   After dipping them, place them in the season batter. Make sure fully covered with the floor mixture.  Place the battered chicken in the deep fryer and cook them until they are pretty much floating in the grease after coming for about 10 minutes.    Then you can take your next batch and repeat.

Now for the sauce.
1 cup of Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
1 1/2 tbsp of mustard
1 tbsp of white vinegar

Now mix this all together.   If you like it extra spicy,  add more hot sauce.

Once you have made your sauce,  take your cooked Boneless wings and place them in a bowl and pour the sauce over them.   Top the bowl up and shake until ALL is covered.

Once they are all covered,  place them on a serving tray with Ranch and/or Blue Cheese dressing with celery sticks and ENJOY!
